NOTE:
Candidates should allow a buffer of 45 minutes to 1 hour after the exam, taking contingencies into account.
HSKK candidates should remain at the test centre until they complete both the exams: HSK and HSKK.

4) RESULTS
Results will be available 1 month after taking the test.
Log in with your user ID & password at www.chinesetest.cn
Navigate to "Test Takers" and select "Result Inquiry."
Enter your Admission Ticket number and Full Name (as per admission ticket).

Ensure you input the correct details.
Click on "Search".
NOTE: The test score report (certificate) is unavailable for download on the website.
5) CERTIFICATE
The score report will be delivered to the test centre within 2 months after the testing date.
The test takers can come to India China Academy to collect their certificate by presenting his/her test admission tickets and valid identification documents.
If test takers are unable to visit the academy to collect their admission tickets, they can apply for courier services by contacting the academy.

Where is the exam?
The exams are conducted in Mumbai (Saki Naka/ Andheri)
Is it an online or offline exam?
It is an offline, pen - paper-based exam.
When will I get the admission ticket?
Admission ticket is issued only 7 days before the exam.
How to correct registration information?
Before the registration deadline, log in to the testing site using your username and password.
Navigate to the "Personal Center" page and update your personal information under "Test Record."
*** Note: Changing your test level and testing centre is prohibited at this stage. If it’s after the registration deadline, contact your registered testing centre directly to request any necessary modifications.
Is my seat booked after registration?
No, the seat will only be booked after payment to the testing centre.
How to pay the test fee after I complete the online registration?
Contact the Test centre and pay the fee directly at the testing centre before the registration deadline.

How can I get my test admission ticket?
Log in to the testing site using the username and password
Go to "Personal information centre".
You'll find an Admission ticket.
Locate the "Print" option in the left navigation bar and take out a print.
Can I download my exam certificate online?
No, The test score report (certificate) is unavailable for download on the website. It will be delivered to the testing centre 2 months after the testing date.
How to know if my seat is booked or not?
Log in to your account on chinesetest.cn.
Check the registration form.
Look for the payment status.
If it shows "paid" the seat is booked.
If payment status isn't visible, you can contact the academy for help.
How to register for exams?
In the 'Examination & Certificates' section, navigate to the 'Exam Guide' where you will find instructions on 'how to register.'
After the completion of registration, can I change the test centre?
If the fee has not been paid, you can cancel your registration before the deadline and re-register for a new test centre.
If the payment is completed, you cannot change the test centre.
After the completion of registration, can I change the test date?
After the registration and payment, test takers can apply to change the test date within the stipulated time, but cannot cancel the registered test; neither can the registered test centre nor test level be changed.
How to handle a username error or password loss?
Please input your email address in the username field.
If you lost your password, use the "Find Password" function, and receive the mail for password recovery sent to your registered email address.
How do I correct the registration information?
Before the registration deadline, you can log into CTI and edit your personal information only on the ‘Personal Centre’ page (‘Test Record’ section) to correct your information. After the registration deadline, you must contact the test centre to make any changes.
How do I change the photo on my registration form?
Log in on the site and go to the Test Records → Personal Information
Scroll and come down to the page where you can see your previously uploaded photo - click on that and make the changes.
Is an online test available?
Currently, we are not taking any online tests. Only paper-pen-based exams are conducted.
After the completion of registration, can I change the test level?
If the fees have not been paid, you can cancel your registration before the deadline and re-register with a new test level. If the payment is completed, you cannot change the test level.
Where will the exams be conducted?
The exams will be conducted in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
The test's venue, time and other details will be on your Admission Ticket.
When will I get my admission ticket?
Admission tickets are generated 1 week before the test date.
I am unable to upload my photo in the form.
Check if the photo is between 15kb - 100kb in jpeg (jpg) format
It should be a passport-sized photo
The photo should have a plain background

How to cancel the registration?

State the reason for cancellation in the email.
Share a screenshot of your registration.
Write your bank details and the account to which the amount has to be refunded.
How can I get test reference materials?
Visit the Download page at www.chinesetest.cn.
You can download HSK test guidelines and Sample materials.
When and how can I view my test score?
Test scores are usually available online at CTI 1 month after the test date.
You will need your Admission Ticket Number, to access the information.
When and where can I collect my certificate?
The score report will be delivered to the test centre within 2 months after the testing date.
Test takers can come to collect at the India China Academy or contact the academy for courier options.
How many Testing Centres are there in India?
As of now, there are only 2 testing centres in India.
India China Academy (Mumbai) & The School of Chinese Language, India's Confucius Classroom (Kolkata)
India China Academy is the only Learning & Testing Centre in India.
Is there any dress code for the exam?
Both formal and decent casual attire are acceptable.
