Join a global community of Chinese language learners and educators to celebrate the beauty of the Chinese language and culture. This competition invites you to share your unique stories, cultural experiences, and language-learning journey through creative short videos.
Chinese: Endless Possibilities: Share tips, challenges, and rewards of learning Chinese, or how HSK has changed your life (study abroad, career, etc.).
A Day of "Becoming Chinese": Share your favorite aspect of a Chinese lifestyle or daily routine.
Chinese Poetry Creation: Compose and recite an original poem on the theme "My First Encounter with Chinese."
My Chinese Talent Showcase: Demonstrate and explain a Chinese-related skill (song, dance, opera, calligraphy, tea ceremony, or dialects).
The Chinese Code on the Lectern (For Teachers): International Chinese language teachers share teaching tips, AIGC (AI-generated content) results, or classroom insights.
Winners will be selected based on a combination of Expert Evaluation (50%) and Global Online Voting (50%). Criteria include thematic relevance, language proficiency, creativity, and production quality.
Eligibility: Non-native Chinese speakers (learners) and all international Chinese language teachers worldwide.
Format: 1–3 minutes video.
Technical Requirements: HD MP4 format, file size between 10MB–500MB. Horizontal (Landscape) mode preferred for mobile recordings.
Language: Audio and subtitles must be in Chinese.
Limit: One entry per person.
Submission Period: April 20, 2026 – May 30, 2026
First Review: June 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026
Online Voting & Expert Review: July 1, 2026 – July 30, 2026
Announcement of Winners: Early August 2026
Originality Required: All entries must be original works of the participant. Plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
Copyright Grant: By entering, participants grant organizers non-exclusive rights to use, link, and publish the submitted video. Participants retain authorship rights but bear full responsibility for any copyright liabilities.
Participant Liability: Authors are solely responsible for the legal compliance of their content (including privacy and imagery). Organizers accept no liability.
Content Policy: Videos must be positive and must not contain prohibited content such as violence, pornography, religious/racial discrimination, or advertisements.
Final Discretion: Organizers reserve the final right of interpretation for all event rules. Participation constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
